Halloween Vinyl decals!

Vintage skull vignette for Halloween!

Well, I didn't get to upload this design when I wanted because my laptop is broken but better late than never...right?

I found the spooky chandelier at Ross!  It is meant for votive candles but of course I had to transform it!  I didn't want to mess with candles or even battery operated ones so I added a string of Halloween lights that I picked up at Fred Meyers and zip tied the wire to the chandelier with black zip ties.  I hot-glued the bottom of the light socket to the candle platform so that the bulbs would stand up straight.  Because there were 10 spots for candles and 7 lights, I opted to add the skulls to the top section of the fixture.  I hid the extra 2 light sockets under the skulls! East peasy!  A spooky addition to my vignette.

On the table I placed my ceramic skeleton on a black cake stand,  Next to it is a vintage typewriter and a stack of books with a mini lamp and glass cloche.  Under the cloche I put a printout of a vintage witch that I found online.  I embellished the table with a creepy cloth and crow!  Super easy and fun for Halloween! Halloween Decor Classes

It's that time of year again!  Halloween is just around the corner and I will be hosting my annual holiday decor classes.  This year we will be making an "All Hallows Eve" sign, a darling cupcake stand, a faux cupcake and you also get a black raven to go with the vignette!  Shoot me an email if you want to sign up.  The class will be held Friday, September 28th at 11am.  The cost is only $22.00.

Let it begin {again}

Hi all!  Summer is coming to a close and I am gearing up to get my vinyl and design on again!   While I have been busy locally with weddings, vinyl and interior design, I try to scale back in the summer so that I can enjoy the time I have with my kids.  :)
School starts next week so lots of fun stuff to come~

NEW ADVENTURES!

I have spent several years hosting parties and events for myself and others. I have often said that I would love to do this as part of my business,  (which I do on a small scale already, but don't advertise it.)  After "TALKING" about it for years, I think I am ready to jump in with two feet!  I absolutely LOVE putting on events and find it very rewarding to use my creativity to bring joy to others and create fun and unique spaces.  After talking with a couple of my friends tonight,  I think I am ready to go for it!  My niche~  (thank you Margaret),  "EVENT PLANNING FOR THE DIYer!"

What exactly does this mean?  Well, if you have an event, a Birthday Party, Anniversary, or even a Wedding and you need help coming up with creative ideas and need someone to help you execute it, I'm your girl.  I will help you come up with the overall plan, design and help the day of the event.  On a budget?  Even better!  That just means more creativity! 

I will, of course, continue to do interior design and vinyl designs this will just be another fun addition to my adventures!
Bring on the PARTIES!!!!!
